IS THE YEAR ROUND CAMPING AND RETREAT CENTER of the Blue Mountains Association of Conservative Baptist Churches, an association of 17 churches located throughout Eastern Oregon.

HAS 186 ACRES OF WOODED GROUNDS located along Medow Creek in the Wallowa Whitman National Forest. To reach Camp Elkanah take Exit 252 off I-84N and proceed 17 miles up Oregon Highway 244.

IS MAINTAINED BY TWO FULL TIME STAFF (Camp Administrator and Camp Caretaker) and a host of volunteers from counselors to carpenters and from mechanics to medical personel.

IS FINANCED BY CAMPER AND USER FEES as well as the generous gifts of churches and individuals. Camper fees do not fully cover all costs of keeping Camp Elkanah operational. Camp Elkanah is underwritten by many churches and interested individuals who wish to see this ministry continue.
