Registration Procedure
Print, fill out and turn in the registration and medical release form: Download in PDF (Right click and click Save As)
Enclose a non-refundable $30.00 deposit or full payment to Camp Elkanah. The deposit is applied towards the cost of the camp.
Note: all camper sessions must be paid in full, two weeks before the camp begins or a $15.00 late charge will be assessed.
A family discount of $10.00 per camper is available after the first family member has paid in full. If you want to claim the family discount please do the following:
1. Send all family camper registration forms in the same envelope.
2. Please write a note describing which family camper or campers you want the $10.00 discount to apply to.
If you desire, only one cabin pal may be requested:
1. Please indicate the name of the pal on the registration form in the space provided.
2. Cabin pals must choose each other.
3. Both registration forms and deposits must be sent together.
4. While every effort will be maden o accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the request will be granted.
5. It is important to make these requests prior to camp to eliminate confusion of switching cabins once you arrive.
Limited quantities of scholarships for one half of the total camp tuition are available from Camp Elkanah for those in need. However; we recommend that you first check with your local B.M.C.B. church for tuition assistance and if that is not available, then contact us for an application
